Sheryl J. Brannon | CEO

Sheryl J. Brannon, Chief Executive Officer, is a Learning, Program, and Professional Development Executive and Fractional Conference, Event & Training Strategist where her work spans national associations, federally funded initiatives, and mission-driven organizations. She has led multi-million-dollar portfolios, program management, small to large scale conferences, virtual event and training and webinar programs across various industries. Sheryl brings a blend of strategic clarity, operational discipline, and an approachable, collaborative leadership style.
She is passionate about creating environments where people grow, organizations evolve, and teams feel equipped to deliver meaningful results. At the core of her work is a simple philosophy: help people and organizations GROW WITH PURPOSE, BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER, and TRANSFORM LIVES. She believes learning should be continuous, accessible, and embedded into culture and not treated as a one-time event.
Paying It Forward
Dedicated to supporting the next chapter of emerging professionals. Serving as an Adjunct Professor at Howard Community College and Trinity Washington University has been especially rewarding, allowed Sheryl to guide students in navigating their career paths, enhancing their professional development, and preparing them to become exceptional diverse leaders.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, she recharges through creative mandala coloring, extensive library reading, traveling, collecting crystals that inspire calm, focus, and creativity.
